Special Counsel – M&A (Superannuation, Financial Services & Funds Management) We are seeking a Special Counsel as a strategic hire to play a central role in the growth of our high‑performing team, with a strong focus on leadership, client impact and practice development. The role: In this role you will work closely with Partners Nathan Hodge and Sarah Yu on complex, high-value matters across superannuation, financial services and funds management. This role will help shape the practice, deepen key client relationships and contribute to the continued expansion of our superannuation, insurance and funds management offering. Our clients include major banks, superannuation funds, insurers, wealth platforms and investment managers.
