Role Overview Sodexo Magic is seeking a Unit Food Safety Manager to support a pharmaceutical client across multiple locations. This resource role is responsible for overseeing food safety programs across 7 sites, ensuring consistent compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with site teams to drive best practices in food handling, storage, temperature control, and sanitation. This position requires regular site visits, audits, and hands-on support to identify risks and implement corrective actions. A key focus of the role is not only enforcing standards, but also educating teams on the “why” behind food safety practices to build a strong culture of accountability. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication, training, and auditing expertise.
