Senior Fulfillment Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a highly motivated, forward thinking Senior Fulfillment Manager (Level L) to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina . You will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and 787 program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. This is a first shift position but the selected candidate must be willing to spend time in second and third shifts. Position Responsibilities: Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one area in Fulfillment and Supply Chain Develops and executes integrated organizational strategies, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical and operational management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports through Seek, Speak, and Listen Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, p...
