ATI is seeking to hire a Metallurgical Product Engineer for our Specialty Rolled Product business unit. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Technology and will have an office location in Natrona Heights, PA. Essential Functions: - Accountability & Ownership of assigned products from inquiry through shipment. - Learn and become an expert in all facets of assigned products. This includes flow path, manufacturing set ups and controls, specifications, technical characteristics and customer requirements. - Develop, Document and Implement manufacturing, customer and product trials to continuously improve product attributes, tighten tolerances or reduce cost and flow time. - Interface with customer to improve product, resolve issues and grow our business. - Identify and develop opportunities for new grades/products or alterations of existing grades to meet new customer business specifications and opportunities. - Review customer inquiries to determine capabilities of assigned products to meet th...
