Job Summary The Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for Pfister finished goods and key components, with a focus on cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality stability, tariff and other risk mitigation, and other aspects of supplier performance. This role serves as a commercial and strategic owner of assigned supplier and category accounts, supporting New Product Introductions, resourcing initiatives, COO transitions, value engineering and innovation efforts. The position requires strong ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to lead cross ‑ functional decision ‑ making without direct authority. The Global Sourcing Manager is accountable for delivering measurable results aligned with Pfister’s operational excellence objectives for Cost, Service, Quality, Risk, and Working Capital.
