The Role: Mariana Minerals is looking for a Staff Program Manager to join its Business Operations team, to support operational execution and drive continuous improvement at its Copper One subsidiary in Utah. This role will be instrumental in bridging operational excellence with digital transformation at Mariana’s first operating mine. What You’ll Do: Operational performance management : Develop performance metrics and implement data collection and reporting processes to track performance against site and company goals.
