What To Expect: The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $78,100 to $122,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.. - Develop the annual automation map according to the needs of the processes and the operational objectives defined by the company. - Design and implement improvements in the production process, through the use of new technologies that allow automation, improve quality, ergonomics, productivity and reduce manufacturing times and costs. - Develop electrical design and software for automated process fixtures.
