Maintenance Person Based at Abbotts Barton (SO23 7HB) and St Catherines View (SO22 4BL) 6 months Fixed Term Contract 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Summary: Perform routine maintenance services and minor repairs within care homes Conduct monthly tests and inspections on various equipment (fire doors, water temperature outlets, fire extinguishers, etc.) Report issues or observations to the Facilities Management team Perform both planned maintenance tasks and reactive repairs (e.g., checking profile beds, fitting shelves, changing light bulbs) Maintain a responsive approach to maintenance requests from the care home Key Benefits: Annual pay review Additional hours / overtime opportunities: Choice of hot or cold meals and drinks on duty About the Role: Working across our Winchester footprint, you will be working in our care home, ensuring facilities are kept safe and reliable for our residents’.
