SUMMARY: BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join the construction products manufacturing and fabrication process engineering department. This role is responsible for leading process improvements in plant operations, developing and implementing manufacturing processes, and providing hands-on maintenance and engineering support. Reporting directly to the Operations Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will ensure plant objectives in safety, quality, customer service, and cost are met through efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a combination of previous hands-on and design experience in equipment maintenance, process, and product design.
