Division: Beacon Bank & Trust Department: Small Business – 44 Business Capital Reports to: FVP, SBA Associate Credit Director Status: Exempt/Officer/VP: Grade: 11: Pay Range: $85,457 - $122,975: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: (PA, NY, MA, CT, RI, VT) Purpose/Objective : Provides relationship management support to Line of Business (SBA Lending) in monitoring and servicing an existing portfolio of complex loans and borrowing relationships. Continuously evaluates operational and financial performance to maintain portfolio quality and risk rating accuracy. Interacts with customers as well as bank employees to address credit and loan service-related matters in a satisfactory manner. Assists Lending Officers in all aspects of servicing customers.
