About Us At Wing , we are looking for a high-level G oogle Ads Expert who knows how to turn intent into revenue. You won’t just be "managing" an account from the sidelines; you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our entire Google ecosystem. We need a specialist who is data-obsessed, understands the nuances of the Google auction, and knows how to scale budgets effectively. You Will Own: Campaign Architecture: Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google Search, YouTube (including Shorts), and Performance Max. Hands-on Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on headlines, extensions, and landing page paths to maximize Quality Score and ROAS . Budget Scaling: Manage and scale monthly spend to support our $1M–$5M ARR growth targets, ensuring efficiency as we grow. Creative Strategy: Partner with creative teams to iterate on video hooks and ad copy based on real-time performance data and creative fatigue metrics. Technical Tracking: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) and ensure tracking accuracy via GA4 and Google Tag Manager .
