We are searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed French Bilingual Collection Officer with 5 or more years of experience in the industry. In this role, you will manage commercial collections , contact customers with past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and help reduce outstanding balances while delivering strong customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resilient, professional on the phone, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager , you will play an important role in supporting account resolution, reducing risk, and helping the business achieve its collections goals. We are recruiting for a full-time representative within the Greater Toronto Area to work the schedule Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
