Designs, develops, and delivers automation and instrumentation training that supports safe, reliable, and compliant operations. Serves as a subject matter expert in PLC-based control systems, instrumentation, communications, and automation field devices, partnering with Operations, I&E, Safety, and leaders to build workforce competency. Job Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to: Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led automation and instrumentation training (classroom and hands-on field learning). Lead in-person training at field locations, training facilities, and operational hubs. Build and maintain PLC curriculum (logic fundamentals, I/O setup, troubleshooting, safe edits, and bypasses). Train employees on integrating PLCs with HMIs, flow computers, and SCADA; reinforce change - management expectations. Develop training on instrumentation end devices (installation, calibration, verification, and troubleshooting) and end-to-end signal path.
