Location Hull, East Yorkshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience within a similar Technical / QA role in a chilled food manufacturing environment - A working understanding of Microsoft Office / Excel - Working experience of HACCP, BRC & retailers code of practice. - Level 2 Food Hygiene (or equivalent) desirable - Level 2 HACCP desirable - 2+ years of Technical experience; with exposure to FMCG environments, and being ‘audit ready’. - Evident confidence in presentation, communication and negotiating with peer groups. - Ability to lead paper-trail segments of audits and ensure delegated administrators are able to lead also. - Ability to work with peers in a matrix structure to draw in external skills to achieve local goals - Track record of delivery - Ability to manage priorities and projects across a multi-site and multi-function organisation - A personal commitment to role model behaviours and management through example Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
