As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis you are responsible for financial planning, forecasting and performance measurement for the Royal London Group. Owning the production of the Group Business Plan and shaping how these outcomes are communicated to senior stakeholders. Working closely with the Group CFO and senior leaders, you will provide clear financial direction, robust challenge and decision support. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering regular and ad-hoc insight and the reporting that tells our financial story. You will drive innovation through process improvement and use of technology, and You will champion an inclusive, collaborative culture across the Business Finance Team.
