What The Role Is The Senior Analyst, Training Developer plays a supporting role in the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs for Clearway field technicians and other audiences. This position works under the guidance of senior team members, assisting with instructional design, content creation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Analyst, Training Specialist is focused on building foundational skills in instructional design and technical training, contributing to team projects, and learning best practices in the field. What You'll Be Doing: Instructional Design & Development: - Assist in the design and development of training modules using established instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy). - Support needs assessments and help identify training requirements in collaboration with senior staff. - Contribute to the creation and revision of training materials, including guides, workbooks, multimedia content, and job aids. - Ensure training content meets accessibility and organizational standards.
