Job description
The Career Coach supports undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni, in exploring, preparing for, and achieving their career goals through a strengths-based, coaching-centered approach. This role empowers students to clarify interests, develop career readiness competencies, and take actionable steps toward experiential learning, professional employment, and graduate or professional school pathways. The Career Coach provides individualized coaching, delivers career education programming, and collaborates with faculty, employers, and alumni to promote student success and measurable post-graduate outcomes. This position also contributes to employer engagement, assessment efforts, and strategic initiatives that enhance the University’s transformational student experience. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.
