In this role, you will oversee property operations, lead on-site teams, and ensure the financial success and growth of our properties. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders with a proven track record of managing multifamily housing, adept at fostering community engagement and managing budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of luxury multifamily communities, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. - Lead and motivate on-site property teams to achieve operational and resident service goals. - Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management. - Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies. - Coordinate vendor relationships and manage capital improvement projects. - Implement strategies to maximize resident retention and community engagement.
