At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses. We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and a strong ability to connect business strategy with scalable, well-designed solutions. This person will collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels and work in tight partnership with other Salesforce team members to ensure cohesive, high‐quality solution design and execution. The ideal candidate can translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language, explain solution options and trade‐offs, and guide teams toward decisions that support both immediate needs and long‐term business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, territories, and sharing rules.
