About The Role: The purpose of the Patient Administration Officer position is to provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties within the administration services area including bookings, back office, switchboard, admissions and reception. This role is accountable for the patient experience from reception to admission working closely with other teams to ensure every patient and visitor interaction is professional, compassionate and efficient.
