Fler is on a full-time mission to reshape the way consumer goods are perceived with the customer and the experience in focus. We are an innovative and fast-growing beauty tech brand that wants to innovate the shaving and body-care industry and that loves to break today's standards. We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to lead and grow our key retail partnerships across the Italian market. This role combines commercial ownership and trade marketing strategy , ensuring both the expansion and the high-quality management of our retail distribution. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our key accounts across specialty, drugstore/pharmacy and perfumery channels , strengthening long-term partnerships while driving performance and brand visibility in-store. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys blending negotiation, analytics, strategy and hands-on execution.
