The Electrician performs a variety of electrical work in the manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance of electrical components, equipment, systems and machinery. Responsibilities: - Promote Safety as the Number One Priority of all Lucas Milhaupt employees. - Identify, troubleshoot and repair problems in electrical wiring and systems up to 480 volts. - Accept, plan and complete assignments for repair or installation of electrical equipment, building systems and all plant production equipment. - Install conduit, panel boards and all related fittings including controls for power, heat and light in accordance with Local and National code. - Work from wiring diagrams, making diagrams if needed. - Using and maintaining all test equipment, instruments, measuring devices and controls. - Assist engineering with design of new equipment controls, PLC controls, building electrical systems and power distribution systems. - Troubleshoot equipment program...
