Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in analog mixed-signal development. - 10 years of experience defining and taking mixed-signal circuit designs to high-volume manufacturing (HVM). Preferred qualifications: - PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience with technical innovation and leading mixed-signal circuit design of successful machine-learning accelerators. - Experience technically leading mixed-signal circuit design teams through the full cycle, from concept to delivery. - Expertise working on high-performance, server-class chip projects. - Excellent leadership skills, including cross-functional influencing and ability to motivate a team.
