About the Role: Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our Business Development Representative (BDR) team for Dandy’s next stage of hypergrowth. Dandy views our BDR / SDR team members as optimal candidates for internal promotion so this role is crucial in developing our BDRs for career growth opportunities within the team.
