Join Corcoran New Development as an Onsite Sales Coordinator for one of our new developments in New York City. This fully on‑site role, five days a week, offers a unique opportunity to be immersed in the new development sales process, collaborate closely with a seasoned sales team, and contribute to the successful launch and ongoing sales of a high‑profile project. Responsibilities included but are not limited to: - Manage incoming guests - Manage multiple phone lines and internet inquiries - Following pre-determined protocols to prepare sales gallery for the day and close at the end of the day night. - Keep reception and sales area neat and ready for visitors. - Create, maintain, and distribute internal, project, and corporate reports as directed using our CRM system both daily and weekly. - Assist the Sales Team in all aspects of their day-to-day interaction with clients including greeting agents and potential clients, providing beverages, scheduling appointments as directed, and maintaining inventory of building administration forms. - Assist in updating listings as needed in multiple listing services as directed by Managing Director. - Perform all daily and weekly reporting and...
