Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Compute Engineer, Systems Engineering is a key member of the Systems Engineering Team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise compute platforms across on‑premises and cloud environments. This role ensures the reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence of Windows and Linux server platforms that support critical business applications. The Server Engineer brings a strong engineering mindset with an emphasis on automation, standardization, and resiliency. Working closely with platform teams, application teams, security, and offshore Managed Service Providers (MSPs), this role provides technical leadership across the full lifecycle of compute infrastructure—from design and deployment through day‑2 operations and optimization.
