Description The Navigator supports Community Progress Council’s outreach and engagement efforts across York County by recruiting and enrolling new participants, re-engaging former participants, and representing CPC in the community. Serving as the first point of contact, the Navigator provides welcoming, high-quality customer service to individuals and families by phone and in person. With strong knowledge of CPC programs, this role builds effective relationships with families and community partners and coordinates integrated services that support progress toward self-sufficiency. The Navigator provides culturally responsive, family-centered support, responds to individuals in crisis by addressing immediate needs, and ensures timely transitions to the appropriate program coach for ongoing support.
