This position reports to the aligned Operations Supervisor and will work in Stuart, FL. About the position: The Customer Support Representative II (CSR) responds to customers in a courteous, professional, respectful, in a timely manner. The right candidate exhibits strong communication skills and excellent active listening acknowledgment. The CSR role will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
