Job DetailsJob Location: 350 HARBOR DRIVE - DULUTH, MN 55802Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlyTitle Tour Guide Hourly Wage: $15.00 ** The season will be Summer and into the Fall ** Summary/Objective: A Tour Guide’s primary role is to provide guests with exceptional customer service, a fascinating tour, and notable information about the retired ore ship, the William A. Irvin. Requirements & Competencies: Ability to maintain a positive disposition while quickly and courteously responding to guests. Ability to work well with others. Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and the tour narrative. Able to communicate and speak effectively in front of small and large group settings. No minimum education requirements for this position. Exceptional customer service.
