What You’ll Do as a Install Electrician: - Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential homes. - Ensure work performed meets code compliance for the State of MN - Ensure jobs are ready for inspection by local/state electrical inspectors - Work alongside electrical apprentices for training and mentorship purposes - Communicate effectively with homeowners, dispatch, and internal teams - Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement - Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned!
