Job description

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight: Provide strategic direction and leadership to Scrum Masters, PMs, and POs across multiple programs. Program Execution: Ensure successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining quality standards. SAFe Implementation: Champion SAFe principles and practices, facilitating PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance, track progress, manage risks, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership. Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation across programs and ensure team capacity aligns with business priorities. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, foster a culture of collaboration, and promote Agile maturity across the organization. Mentorship: Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, PMs, and POs to enhance their effectiveness and career growth.
