Merchants Bank, Winona is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers a varied Monday–Friday schedule between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m., along with one Saturday morning rotation per month (7:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.). As a Universal Banker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while offering a full range of banking products and services. You’ll assist customers with everyday financial transactions, respond to account inquiries, open new deposit accounts, and provide personalized product recommendations—all in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. This position will be based out of Winona Main Bank and Drive up with flexibility to work at any Winona or Goodview branch. Must have strong communication skills, comfortable with extensive customer contact, have sales experience, previous cash handling skills, and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize. Banking experience is a plus.
