USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app The Plymouth State University Ice Arena is seeking a building manager to welcome all customers to the arena and provide excellent customer service by helping customers select the proper size skate rentals and answer any questions they may have. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Operate the cash register and complete all required training and security requirements quickly. Process all cash/checks/credit cards accurately and reconcile your cash drawer at end of shifts. Nights and weekend work is required; especially for Friday Night House Party skating sessions from 8-10pm.• Mandatory to work varsity hockey games; crowd management and building/bleacher clean-up after the game. Handle all phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Be able to sharpen skates; training will be provided. Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies on the ice or in the building. Rink monitor, on and off the ice, for Friday Night House Party and other busy public sessions.
