Description As a Consultant, you will lead a lane of work or be a Project Leader for a small project with lower complexity and stake. Consultants are responsible for managing the financial aspects of their projects and demonstrating effective client relationship management. Consultants regularly own tasks and create deliverables, delegating to others as appropriate. They are expected to regularly manage up with senior members of their team and leverage senior staff expertise to collaborate on deliverables. Consultants regularly contribute to proposal development. Consultants are expected to be growing in their understanding of project management (to include financial management) and business development support (e.g., business capture efforts).
