🚀 Junior Scaled Customer Success Manager (SMB) We build operational excellence into the daily work of frontline teams, helping the businesses they work to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity. Our digital training solution covers both compliance and operational topics and is relied on by +400 customers across logistics, manufacturing, food production, and similar environments where precision and consistency matter. As we grow, we’re building a scalable, data-driven post-sale motion - and this is where you come in. We’re hiring a Junior Scaled Customer Success Manager to support and grow our SMB customer segment. You’ll work closely with customers across their lifecycle, execute structured touchpoints, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience at scale.
