With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome a Maintenance Technician to our dynamic team. Scope of Work: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general maintenance and orderliness of the property and oversight of the maintenance systems to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction in accordance with department protocol. Schedule: Third Shift 11:00pm - 7:30am. Days off to be determined.
