Job Summary The Junior Information Architect supports the planning, development, and maintenance of CSBS’s Product & Solutions content architecture and publishing ecosystem. This role assists with DITA XML information architecture, content modeling, and technical publishing activities that enable CSBS to deliver consistent, accessible, and scalable digital content to multiple delivery channels. The Junior Information Architect contributes to content strategy execution by: The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to build skills in DITA XML, taxonomy and knowledge graph/ontology design, metadata modeling, analytics, and accessibility (WCAG) compliance. The Junior Information Architect collaborates with software development, IT, Learning and Development, and business stakeholders to help ensure CSBS content is well-structured, reusable, user-centered, and aligned with organizational objectives.
