Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Sign on bonus: None - Position: Program Manager, Magnet and Nursing Excellence - Location: Arlington Heights, IL - Full Time - Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm - Required Travel: Travel to all Endeavor Health Hospitals and off sites as required based on Magnet and Nursing Excellence events. Travel to educational opportunities and the annual Magnet Conference. A Brief Overview: This key leadership role is primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating structures and processes that support professional nursing practice, research, evidence-based practice, quality improvement activities intended to improve patient care delivery and/or patient experience. Key components of the role center on leadership, consultation, collaboration, professional communication, project management, program development, analysis of data and oversight of the nursing Shared Decision-Making structure.
