You will achieve this by: - Providing mentoring and coaching whilst assisting with navigating the challenges of new employment. - Ensuring participants they have the tools and resources to succeed. - Performing regular check-ins with participants and connecting them to support services as needed. - Collaborating with employers to foster a positive working relationship.
