Job description

Picking Orders: Retrieve products based on order sheets or handheld scanner prompts, ensuring accuracy in product type and quantity. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed. Packing Products: Securely package picked items using appropriate materials and label them correctly with shipping information and documentation. Quality Control: Inspect items for damage, confirm order accuracy, and ensure packaging meets internal standards before shipment. Shipping Preparation: Coordinate with the shipping team to organize outbound shipments; stage and label boxes correctly for pickup. Warehouse Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace; follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA and company guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet fulfillment goals; communicate issues or discrepancies promptly.
