Overview Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota is a comprehensive behavioral health facility offering inpatient psychiatric care for adults and seniors experiencing acute mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Opened in 2025 with a 144-bed capacity, the hospital provides 24/7 therapeutic support and is expanding to include structured partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (PHP, IOP). It serves a broad adult patient population from the greater Twin Cities area, focusing on individualized, whole-person treatment to help patients stabilize and progress toward long-term recovery.​ PURPOSE STATEMENT: ​Grow lines of service as defined by management by developing/retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources.
