WHOOP is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Hardware Accelerate team, focusing on Android development. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Android modules that interact with embedded systems at the core of WHOOP products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of performance, reliability, and innovation in wearable technology. Your work will directly contribute to the seamless integration of hardware and software, enabling WHOOP members to unlock their full potential. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of Android systems that integrate with WHOOP hardware and firmware. Build and optimize mobile data pipelines to process hardware and physiological data in near real time. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
