Job description

The Director National Account Services is responsible for overseeing all retention and revenue growth activities associated with the strategic management of in-force customers, contract renewal negotiations, contract management, growth and relationship development. The Director supervises, trains and continuously develops a team of account managers. This position is responsible for protecting existing client base, cultivating value-based relationships, growing revenue and creating a high performing workforce. This role leads a West-Coast based team. Preferred candidates will reside in California or a neighboring state. - Develops and executes a proactive strategic plan for existing clients. - Develops, trains and coaches Account Managers against established goals and objectives. - Translates strategy into action steps. - Collaborates with sales management to effectively present organization in market and further generate revenue. - Cultivates relationships with key groups and brokers. - Identifies best practices and works with appropriate leadership to remove obstacles to ensure that teams are fully functioning and revenue building goals and objectives are being met. - Partners wit...
