Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Director to join our Growth Strategy team. About the role: The Associate Director will define the strategic vision and oversee the complete lifecycle of the ICHRA product portfolio and network offerings. You will lead the program from ideation to execution, focusing on curating strategic product and network partnerships to advise on optimal market solutions. You will drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with matrix partners to drive program value, fiscal performance, and overall performance metrics. You will report into the VP, ICHRA General Manager. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
