Job description
At Siemens eMobility Charging, we develop advanced power electronics that enable fast, reliable, and sustainable electric mobility worldwide. As a Hardware Engineer in our Module Team, you design the physical power stage of high‑performance converters used in EV chargers for cars, buses, and trucks. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working hands‑on with electronics, translating concepts into robust hardware designs, and seeing their work realized in high‑performance, safety‑critical systems. Your challenge: You design and develop advanced power electronics for AC/DC and DC/DC converters, where performance, robustness, and manufacturability are essential. By creating high‑quality schematics, optimized PCB layouts, and well‑integrated mechanical designs, you directly contribute to the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of Siemens eMobility charging solutions. Beyond design, you are closely involved in prototyping, testing, and validation—ensuring that your hardware performs not only in simulations, but also in real‑world operation and series production. Your role: You will join the Power Module Design Group and take ownership of hardware throughout the full product li...
