What You’ll Do: As a valued member of the broader Commercial Lending team, you will be relied upon to assist with the loan documentation process and to contribute value to the bank’s lending decisions. You will build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and become a key player in an essential process of our bank. You will perform a wide variety of support functions such as, coordinating the processing of approved new commercial loans, letters of credit, extensions, modications, loan advances and so forth, for the Commercial Lending team. You will engage with internal and external customers while providing legendary service levels. Your strong combination of interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills makes you a valued resource and partner. Key Accountabilities: - Efficient Operations – New Loan and Modifications - Ensure documents are complete, accurate, recorded, filed appropriately, and maintained. - Close loans and disperse loan proceeds as requested. - Order flood certificates, appraisals, title insurance, and UCC searches as needed. - Analytics / Reporting - Prepare new loan documents and review loans in process for accuracy and adherence to policies, law...
