Job Title Head of Portfolio Operations Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Portfolio Operations to provide senior operational leadership across a complex, high-profile portfolio of live, publicly accessible precincts. This role will lead and oversee portfolio-wide service delivery across Facilities Management, onsite Helpdesk, Permit and Berth Operations, Event Operations, and Health, Safety and Environment. You will ensure operational services are delivered in a coordinated, compliant and precinct-based manner, with a strong focus on safety, performance, governance and continuous improvement. Acting as the key operational interface between service streams and senior account leadership, you will provide direction to operational leads, manage cross-service integration, oversee risk and performance, and support effective escalation and governance across day-to-day portfolio operations.
