Program Director - Residential Department: Residential Substance Use - Adult Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Warrensburg - DeVasher Road, Recovery Center Reporting To: Melissa Edwards: Compensation: $87,485 - $93,725 / year Description: Lead with purpose—shape high-quality residential recovery services and empower teams to deliver life-changing care. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The Program Director – Residential provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for a residential substance use recovery program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that inspire hope and promote wellness. This role oversees program operations, clinical quality, and team performance while fostering a collaborative environment that supports both staff and the individuals we serve.
