The Save A Lot Assistant Store Manager (ASM) supports the Store Manager in delivering excellent shopping experience while driving sales and profitability. The ASM helps lead daily store operations, coaches and develops team members, ensures compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintains high operational, merchandising, food safety, and customer service standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and support daily store operations, including opening/closing in the Store Manager’s absence - Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing complaints and feedback effectively. - Inventory Management: Monitor Inventory levels, order new products, and manage stock control to minimize waste and ensure product availability. - Establish and ensure proper rapport an...
