Mission Brief As a Launch Operations Engineer - Process & Coordination, you’ll join the team in Germany that shapes how our missions come to life. From the moment a campaign is conceived, we are aligning global launch sites, synchronizing teams and defining the operational path that ultimately determines how—and whether—the rocket leaves the ground. Within the global Launch Operations team, you stand at the core of our mission: transforming complex campaigns into repeatable, scalable and reliable operations over multiple launch sites. Your work creates the structure that enables teams across the world to execute with confidence and precision. During campaigns you are an essential contributor to ensure the established processes are followed and the months of preparation are turned into a successful launch day.
